Is there a drive way in front of each garage?
Yes. Each garage has a driveway to park additional vehicles plus the community has additional spaces for guest parking.

What is the projected date of construction (timeline)? When was the projected started?
Construction started in January 2006. We currently have 13 completed buildings and our Model Building is open!

Is financing available?
Yes. Through our preferred lender Countrywide Home Loans, (775) 823-8352.

Do I have to use your lender?
No but you must be pre-approved through our preferred lender to be on our preferred interest list.

How many phases will there be?
There will be two phases. 115 homes in phase I and 155 in phase II

What is the required deposit to hold a unit?
$5,000 for owner occupied units. $10,000 for second home buyers.

Does the deposit amount lock in the price?
Yes. Only after a fully executed offer and acceptance is signed.

Are either ground floor units "end units"?
Yes. Residents A, B are ground floor end units C & E are also end units. Only Residents D is an interior unit.

Are pets allowed?
Yes. The CC&Rs are available to view on our home page.

Do your condos have A/C included, breakfast bars, tile roof, Do you have more specific information about what is included?
Yes Yes and Yes. Granite countertops and slate entry's are standard. Please visit the web site at www.casoleil.com to view floor plans and standard features. Also Michael has sample boards of interior finishes at the sales office!

Is this a gated community for seniors 55 and over?
Yes this is a fully fenced gated community but it is NOT restricted to 55 and over.

What are the detailed prices for the condos?
Pricing is available on the website. Contact Michael to find out about our unit specific price incentives.

Will there be any association fees?
Currently, HOA fees are $170 month.

What do they cover?
The HOA dues will pay for many items including landscape, pool and clubhouse maintenance as well as exterior building maintenance. A copy of the HOA budget will be available soon.
